Pro-Elite Football Plans Expansion Through Franchising with ClassForKids.
London based Pro-Elite Football Academy is on a mission to expand in their local area and develop through franchising. Inspired by his passion for football, founder Ali believes that investing in children and community plays an important role when it comes to coaching.
Having started with just one coach, two children and a small venue, Ali’s expanded his academy in the local area and now runs over 39 classes across 10 venues.
Taking a Plunge.
Having great experiences of football coaching growing up, Ali’s always had a natural calling to coach. But after coaching at several clubs, Ali felt there were better ways of running an academy, and he could achieve that. After studying Business Management at University, Ali turned his passion into a successful business.
Ali used what he’d learned to start Pro-Elite Football Academy in 2016. Mixing his education and passion has helped him back the business and grow it to more than he could have imagined. His success and experience have led the academy to sign contracts with premier league clubs including Crystal Palace to offer pathways for children interested in going further.
Ali’s focus has always been on providing great experiences for children, but he also believes in putting the community at the heart of his business. To build relationships with families and the wider community, the academy spends time focusing on extracurricular activities including charity days and free fun days. Charity events have proven popular with over 1000 people attending and raising over £1500 for Cancer Research UK.
Thanks to this, the academy now has 700+ registered children and 32 coaches attending over 39 classes in 8 locations every weekend. The success and popularity of the academy are down to Ali’s hard work, strong business acumen and a system like ClassForKids to make life easier.
It’s still a pinch-me moment that we’ve been able to build and establish a brand worthy of those connections.

Searching for a New Squad Member.
Ali started researching how a booking system could help him in the early days of his business. He wanted something that would manage his registers, take care of bookings and payments, and improve the efficiency of daily tasks. And that’s when he discovered the ClassForKids system.
Now Ali’s able to use his business acumen to run his academy as an efficient business. Using the system allows him and his coaches to access individual registers and manage bookings from the pitch while office staff can issue invoices and emails to parents at the touch of a button.
Using the ClassForKids system has fuelled growth. Ali's able to pull reports to analyse the lifetime value of a child, how long they’ve been with the club and breakdown finances to help him make decisions on the academies future.
“It really is easy to use. It does everything you need it to, and if not, just ask the ClassForKids team, and they’ll find a way around it.”
We’ve got over 700 kids, and I feel like I know every single one of their names and I know something about them; that’s the way all our coaches have to be.

Setting Future Goals.
Success has led Ali to think of new ways to push the business forward through franchising. But when it comes to future plans, Ali isn’t willing to compromise on the brand he’s worked so hard to build. He’s spent a lot of time establishing strong relationships with kids, parents and the local community and he’s instilled this in his business structure.
Ali believes the ClassForKids system will put future franchisees a step ahead of local competitors because it’s user-friendly, saves hours or admin and provides the foundations for sustainable growth. Because the system is easily integrated with the academy’s website and Facebook page, maintaining professionalism and brand continuity will be straightforward.
